Homework

An approximate guide to the amount of homework is as follows: - Year 3 - 20/30 minutes, Year 4 - 30 minutes and Year 5 and 6 - 40 minutes

It is not possible to set work which will take each child an equal amount of time, however,
if you find that an excessive amount of time is consistently being spent on homework,
then please contact your child's Form Teacher.
Each child in the Preparatory School has a Homework Diary in which he or she should enter
the work set each night. This should be signed by parents at the end of the week.
The Diary is an important line of communication between Home and School and should be
